on periodic journal “Visnyk of Lviv State Academy finance. Economic sciences”.
1. General regulations
Periodic journal “Visnyk of Lviv State Academy of Finance. Economic sciences” is devoted to clearing up of wide range of research problems in the sphere of financial and economic sciences, supports traditions of integration of higher school practice, contributes to sharing the experience of scientific, pedagogical and production activity, the formation of highly qualified specialists.
“Visnyk of LSAF” is a scientific and methodical edition, registered by State committee of informational policy, television and broadcasting (series certificate of KV№ 4877).
A thematic orientation of the journal is the publication of scientific articles of wide spectrum of theoretical and applied problems of economics and finances, review and debatable articles.
By the decision of the Presidium of Higher Accreditation Committee of Ukraine №2/05-5 of 08.06.2005, the journal is brought to the list of professional editions in economic sciences.
The founder of the edition is Lviv State Academy of Finance.
The Volume of edition: up to 9 conventional printed papers.
The Numbers of printed copies: 300.
The Periodicity of edition: twice a year.
2. Organization of work
For organizational and publishing, scientific and editorial preparation of the articles for publication Scientific Board of LSAF approves the editor-in-chief and the journal editorial board.
The next edition of the journal is signed by the editor-in-chief on the basis of the Scientific Board decision.
The set up, take-up, model and printing, the numbers of printed copies are carried out by the department of the IT under the control of the managing editor.
Organizational work concerning the author participation of research workers, teachers, representatives of state financial bodies, workers of enterprises and organizations, graduate students and doctorants are carried out by the scientific-research sector of the academy.
The priority at the selection of manuscripts for the publication in the journal is given to the materials of the representatives of higher educational establishments, scientific establishments and state bodies of the system of Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
The distribution of the journal's copies to the authors and to the obligatory addresses, defined by the Higher Accreditation Committee of Ukraine is conducted under the control of the editorial board.
Every author has a right to get one copy of the journal.
The editorial board works out and issues normative requirements to the manuscripts in each number of the journal under the title “Into consideration of the authors”.
3. Duties of members of editorial board
The editor-in-chief provides the observance of thematic orientation of the journal, states the list of the headings in accordance with the actual directions of the modern researches in the sphere of financial and economic science and carries out general preparation supervision and the edition of the next numbers of the journal.
The managing editor of the journal forms the editorial portfolio of manuscripts of the articles in accordance with thematic headings and editorial requirements.
The scientific editor provides the proper professional selection, criticizing and revision of the manuscripts given to printing.
The literary editor carries out the literary editing of the style of the manuscripts given to printing.
The proof-reader carries out the reading of the take-up of each number of the journal.
4. Technical and financial support
For the preparation of the journal the members of the editorial board are provided by the necessary office technique in the department of technical means of learning and publishing and expense materials.
The circulation of the journal is carried out in accordance with the Regulation requirements as to the organization of publishing activity in the LSAF.
For providing the proper high-quality level of organizational and production, scientific and editorial preparation of the journal to printing for the editors staff financial encouragement determined by the Regulation on the financial help and rewarding of the LSAF staff is established and carried out at the expense of the wage-fund economy in the form of bonuses for every next number of the journal.
